We strive to make the ordering process for custom awards and engraved products simple, clear, and transparent. Our goal is to ensure you receive a quality product that matches your approved design and order details.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, flawed, or materially different from what was approved or described, we will replace the product or issue a refund, at our discretion.

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Please contact us and provide clear photos of the issue and packaging

  • Verified production defects or shipping damage will be corrected at no cost to you


Personalized & Custom Products (Final Sale)

Due to the custom nature of engraved and personalized items, all personalized orders are final sale once production has begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Crystal, glass, acrylic, and stone

  • Direct engraving on plaques, awards, and medals

  • Any item engraved or customized with names, dates, logos, or artwork provided by the customer

Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verified production error or damage during shipping.


Proof Approval & Customer Responsibility

When applicable, a digital proof is provided prior to production.

By approving the proof, the customer confirms that:

  • All spelling, grammar, names, dates, and personalization details are correct

  • The layout, font, and design meet expectations

Once a proof is approved, the order will be produced exactly as approved.

We assume no responsibility for errors that were approved by the customer or provided incorrectly at checkout, including:

  • Misspellings or incorrect dates

  • Formatting or layout preferences

  • Incorrect personalization details

No refunds, returns, or replacements will be issued for customer-approved or customer-provided errors.


Returns for Non-Personalized Items

While most products arrive in excellent condition, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary.

We do accept returns on select non-personalized items, including most trophies and medals, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt

  • Items must be returned in unused, resalable condition

  • A completed Merchandise Return Form must be included with the return

  • Refunds are processed after items are received and inspected

Please allow up to 48 hours after processing for refunds to post to your original payment method.


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once an order has shipped
